Hi, I’m Christina Owens
I write about discovery in life’s in-between moments; the pauses, pivots, and questions that shape who we are. Alongside a 20+ year career in education, I’ve explored many paths from real estate to fitness and mindfulness coaching, but writing, reflection, and sharing stories are the spaces I now call home.
Over time, the in-between revealed itself as the most honest place to be.
This collection of short stories and journal reflections is steeped in heart, curiosity, and a quiet sense of wonder.
