Hi! I’m Christina Owens, M.Ed.
Authenticist and Curiosity-Driven Discoverer
A seeker of life’s many discoveries with Oklahoma in my heart and Virginia beneath my feet, I carry both places as home. One grounding my beginnings, the other shaping my becoming.
I live a multi-passionate life, with a 20+ year career in education while also earning credentials in real estate, group fitness, and coaching. For me, every experience is an opportunity to explore, reflect, and uncover meaningful insight.
Amidst these explorations, tea time has become a cherished practice; a moment to pause that invites curiosity, deepens reflection, and allows discoveries to steep in my own time. Whether journaling in solitude or sharing a cup with others, tea has become a natural part of my reflections and connections.
I’ve spent years curating spaces for meaningful conversation, guiding individuals toward greater self-awareness and authenticity. I believe that discovery is a lifelong process — one best approached with openness, presence, and a willingness to step into the unknown.
When I’m not crafting new ways to inspire curiosity, I can be found sipping a warm or iced cup of tea, spending quality time with my partner, immersing myself in a good book, whether reading or listening, or indulging in the many activities that bring me joy.
I believe every part of a person’s story holds meaning, and it’s often in the in-between moments where patience and intention are needed most. These are the spaces that reveal who we are becoming, and while we may not know the destination, they offer just enough clarity to know we’re heading in the right direction.
